Which version of TradeStation do you support?
We can provide TradeStation indicators and strategies for use with all current versions TradeStation.

How long does it take to process and send my order?
You should expect to receive your order via email within 1 working day.

How do I install the indicator/system I purchased?
To install an indicator or system locate the ELD file we sent you via email. Open TradeStation and select 'File' from the top menu options and then select 'Import/Export Easylanguage...'.
The Import/Export wizard will open.
Select 'Import Easylanguage file (ELD...' and click 'Next'.
Click 'Browse' and navigate to where you stored the eld file we sent you (I usually put them in my desktop initially to make them easy to find) and select the ELD file and then click 'Open'.
Click 'Next'.
The next screen shows the types of files to be installed from the eld. All types of files should be ticked by default so just click 'Next' again.
The next screen shows the names of each file and again they should all be ticked by default so click 'Finish' and the ELD will install.
You should now be able to find the indicator or strategy within the insert indicator/strategy lists.

How do I request a refund?
To request a refund either send us an email or click here and let us know. It is helpful if you can include the order number with your request. You should expect to receive your refund within 1 working day of requesting it.

Can I still use the TradeStation indicator/strategy after I request my money back?
No. After you request a refund and your money is returned we will de-activate the TradeStation indicator/strategy and it will no longer function.

I can't find what I am looking for, do you take suggestions for new products?
