Which version of TradeStation do you support?
We can provide TradeStation indicators and trading systems for use with TradeStation 8+ or TS2000i.

How long does it take to process an order and to send me my new TradeStation indicators/strategy?
You should typically expect to receive your order within 24 hours. However, during busy periods or at weekends it may take a little longer to process your order.

Do you really offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a full money back guarantee on all our TradeStation indicators, strategies and trading systems. There are two different types of money back guarantees:

1. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

This guarantee is limited only by time. During the guarantee period you are free to use the TradeStation indicator/strategy as much as you like so you can fully evaluate its functions and benefits. If after testing out your new TradeStation indicator/strategy you do not feel it is right for you just let us know within 30 days and we will refund your purchase in full.

To avoid abuse of our 30 day money back guarantee policy we have established a limit on how many TradeStation trading systems or TradeStation strategies may be purchased at any one time whilst under the 30 day money back guarantee policy. Customers are limited to a maximum of 2 TradeStation trading systems or TradeStation strategies at any one time whilst under the 30 day money back guarantee policy. This limit is flexible and may be adjusted up or down based upon your previous account activity and account status.

2. Performance Money Back Guarantee

This guarantee is linked to the performance of the TradeStation indicator/strategy. The actual performance details for each product where this guarantee applies may differ from product to product. A performance money back guarantee will specify a certain amount of time that the system should be monitored for (this monitoring period starts the day after you receive the indicator/strategy) and the market the TradeStation indicator/strategy should be applied to. If, at the end of the monitoring period, the TradeStation indicator/strategy was not profitable then you can claim a full refund by sending us a list of your paper trades (along with your P/L calculations) that the indicator/strategy signaled during the monitoring period.

Can I still use the TradeStation indicator/strategy after I request my money back?
No. After you request a refund and your money is returned we will de-activate the TradeStation indicator/strategy and it will no longer function.
